David McGowan has been named executive director of nursing for Willow Creek Women’s Hospital. McGowan previously led a 20-bed oncology department, a 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation department and a dialysis department at Baylor Scott and White in Grapevine, Texas. McGowan earned his bachelor of science in nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma at Norman and his master of business administration in health care management from Western Governors University
