Larry Hogan is undergoing surgery Friday to remove cancer cells from his face and shoulder, his communications director Mike Ricci announced in a tweet Wednesday.Ricci said Hogan will have minor outpatient surgery for early stage basal and squamous cell carcinoma on his face and shoulder.
