Detail going on, the local pd had, i believe, two officers at the scene at the time that the shooting went down. what i'm hearing is the shooter had an m-1 rifle which is a 30-caliber weapon, semiautomatic and its range is up to 300 yards with iron sights and it's a pretty devastating weapon, and it's a very high-powered weapon. from what i'm hearing from witnesses is this staccato-type fire and a reloading of the magazine and that makes sense to me. >> how many rounds in a magazine? >> without actually looking at the weapon, you have anywhere from 20 to 30 rounds and generally some magazines....
