EBRI appoints new board leadership team Joshua R. Cohen was named chairman of the Employee Benefit Research Institute's board of trustees. Mr. Cohen, managing director of the institutional relationship group and head of institutional defined contribution at PGIM, the investment management businesses of Prudential Financial, will succeed Stacy L. Schaus, founder and CEO of Schaus Group, on Jan. 1.
