Eddisons acquired industrial accommodation Foundry Park on behalf of Malco Holdings. The new 40,000 sq ft business unit, on a former Keighley College site acquired from Bradford Council and Homes England, was developed by Dalton Lane Properties and completed in August after delays in construction caused by the first lockdown. Foundry Park, constructed by Stainforth Construction on a two-acre site, is occupied on a 15-year lease by manufacturer Platinum Stairlifts, at a £253,500 annual rent. Abingdon Lidl: First look at new store | Bicester Advertiser

Work is currently underway on a new Lidl. Construction of the supermarket on Fairacres Retail Park in Abingdon began after planning permission was granted by Oxfordshire County Council. The new store is expected to open in Spring 2021.
