FRAMINGHAM — An educator with local ties has been selected to lead Stapleton Elementary School effective July 1, the district announced Thursday. Sara Costa Yuen is currently principal of the Phoenix Charter Academy in Chelsea, where she also served as a math and English language arts teacher.
