Stark Head Start gives away coats, shoes in Alliance The Alliance Review A team from Head Start was on hand Tuesday at Alliance Community Pantry to give away about 30 coats and about 20 pairs of shoes to clients and anyone else who stopped by. Jimmie Costa, the family services manager for Head Start in Start County, said it was a successful event and they expect to be back at the pantry in the future to give away different items. Also on hand to help were Kim Derby, family support specialist, and Taylor Fedor, who is doing her college internship at Head Start this semester.
