Buoye, with the Sheriff’s Office, witnesses observed a car traveling south on Starratt Road heading toward New Berlin Road. He said the the car was weaving “in a severe manner.” Buoye said the car jumped a curb, colliding into a utility pole. The driver, a woman in her 20s, died at a hospital.

JSO said the driver failed to negotiate a turn and ended up hitting a utility pole head-on.
