I have always been a big fan of Jalapeño jelly and I recently came across Wicker's Mesquite Smoked Jalapeño Jelly on a random Lubbock foodie Facebook page. Guys, I am in love. Owner Wes Wicker makes this delicious jelly with his wife, and the pair have sold over 6,000 jars in the last year. They now have products in 18 stores throughout Texas, seven of them right here in Lubbock. Lucky us.
