Need to do is to look closely at the law and start intervaug lot of different people. the fact is this is a complicated issue that involves local, state and federal officials. and everyone has some responsibility. but even beyond the specific provisions of the law, there's a duty to have common sense and when i look at a facility that's up river from a water processing plant, that's something that makes me really wonder. so i want to take a close look at that and make sure that the people that were engaged in the process were exercising common sense. >> you know, sir, many in west virginia don...
