DIMAPUR – Departments involved in grassroots development have initiated development of strategic framework with clearly spelt out roles and responsibilities as part of the PRI-CBO (Panchayat Raj Institutions-Community Based Organisation) convergence component being taken up by the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM). The strategic implementation plan for grassroots convergence was the outcome of a two-day stakeholders’ workshop on ‘Operational framework development under PRI-CBO convergence’ held at Hotel de Oriental Grand in Kohima, an update stated. The workshop facilitated by the Kudumbashree NRO, an empaneled resource organisation under MoRD and officials from DAY-NRLM, MoRD, deliberated and shared inputs for developing a comprehensive state operational framework.
