President to participate in SADC Extraordinary Double Troika Summit

Present Cyril Ramaphosa will  tomorrow, 27 May 2021, lead South African delegation at the  Extraordinary Double Troika Summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) in Maputo, Mozambique. 
 
The SADC Extraordinary Double Troika will discuss  terrorism engulfing  the region, including insecurity  in the Cabo Delgado Province in the Republic of Mozambique.
 
President Ramaphosa will be accompanied by Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Dr. Naledi Pandor, Minister of Defence and Military Veterans Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, and Minister of State Security Ms Ayanda Dlodlo.
 
The SADC Troika is presently chaired by the Republic of Mozambique, with the Republic of Malawi as Incoming Chair and the United Republic of Tanzania as Outgoing Chair. ....

President Cyril Ramaphosa arrived in Maputo on Thursday for a special SADC meeting regarding the recent Mozambique terror attacks.
President Cyril Ramaphosa arrived in Maputo on Thursday morning ahead of the Extraordinary Double Troika Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) meeting where the terror attacks in Mozambique will be discussed.
President Ramaphosa’s acting spokesperson Tyrone Seale said in a statement on Wednesday that the meeting of heads of state will deliberate on measures to address the terror attacks in Mozambique.

President Cyril Ramaphosa will on Thursday, 08 April 2021, attend an Extraordinary Double Troika Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to be held in Maputo, Mozambique.
The Summit will deliberate on measures to address terrorism in the Republic of Mozambique.
SADC is deeply concerned about the continued terrorist attacks in Cabo Delgado, especially for the lives and welfare of the residents who continue to suffer from the atrocious, brutal and indiscriminate assaults. 
The Summit has been convened by His Excellency President Mokgweetsi Masisi of the Republic of Botswana in his capacity as Chair of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation. ....

President Cyril Ramaphosa will join other SADC heads of state at a special meeting to discuss the Mozambique terror attacks on Thursday
President Cyril Ramaphosa will attend an Extraordinary Double Troika Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) in Maputo to address the issue of terror attacks in Mozambique on Thursday.
President Ramaphosa’s acting spokesperson Tyrone Seale said in a statement released on Wednesday that the summit will deliberate on measures to address the recent terror attacks in Mozambique.
