Effective implementation of directives resulted in 15 per cent decrease in tomato price: Farrukh

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said on Saturday that effective implementation of directives to reduce prices of essential commodities has resulted in a 15% reduction in the price of tomatoes in a week.

(File photo) MANILA - Registered female voters outnumber males by at least 1.5 million, according to data from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday. Comelec's Election Records and Statistics Division showed that out of the 65,721,230 eligible voters in the country, 33,644,237 are women while 32,076,993 are men. Of the total, Region 4-A has the highest number of voters with 9,192,205, with 4,852,037 of them females.
