Way. i'm still encouraging people to stay at home. i've been out visiting with the mayors no missouri city and the mayor of stafford texas. these are two mayors within my congressional district, and they are in fort bend county. upon talking to them, they're telling me that there has been some damage, but they are also very much worried about the inunaddition that's to come. we understand we're in an erie quiet before a monster arrives. and this storm is a monster. and our hope is that we'll dodge the bullet. but we understand what happens when you get rain that you have to measure with a yard...
