The steel processor based in Columbus has acquired certain assets of Valley City-based Shiloh Industries' U.S. BlankLight business, a provider of laser-welded products for the mobility market. The transaction brings to Worthington about 200 employees and four facilities, in Bowling Green, Ky., Canton, Mich. and two in Valley City, which is in Medina County.
