The opening round of the Quebec-Bred Series for older trotters takes place at Hippodrome 3R on Friday, June 16 with two $6,500 divisions.

Going into the Sunday afternoon (June 4) harness racing program at Hippodrome 3R, the Quebec racetrack was featuring an average win price per race this season of $14.49 -- one of the highest averages of any track in North America.

It will be a homecoming of sorts for the trotting mare X O X O (Angus Hall) as she returns to the Hippodrome 3R Sunday (June 4) where she began her exciting harness racing career.

With the 2-5 race favourite Little Manny going off-stride trying to take the early lead away from pacesetter Mickeymaksomespeed, it set up a great scenario for D Gs De Vito to upset at 14-1 in the Preferred Handicap Pace at Hippodrome 3R on Sunday, May 14.

He may not be the biggest horse on the racetrack, but not many others have the heart, lungs and desire to win as much as Little Manny currently has.
