The Ghana Police Service says it has completed investigations in the case of a house help accused of murdering his madam at Sokoban-Apaaso in the Ashanti region. Police prosecutors told the Asokore Mampong District Magistrate Court a duplicate docket has been sent to the Attorney-Generals’ Office for advice. John Allister, 22, made headlines in September for allegedly stabbing to death his employer, six days after he got employed by the 35-year-old woman, Stella Osei, also known as Princess Afua Ahenkan.

A Kumasi Circuit Court has sentenced the 22-year-old help who murdered his employer at Sokoban-Apaaso in yet another crime to 20 years imprisonment.

The 35-year old woman who was allegedly murdered by her house help died of head and abdominal injuries. That is according to an autopsy report read in the Asokore Mampong District Magistrate Court on Tuesday. Stella Osei, also known as Princess Afua Ahenkan sustained multiple head and stomach injuries after being hit in the head and stabbed in the stomach multiple times by the key suspect, John Allister.
