All non-essential retail is set to reopen tomorrow, Apr 12, along with hair and nail salons, outdoor bars and restaurants for table service, libraries and gyms. In a briefing on Apr 5, the Prime Minister confirmed that this next step in the roadmap out of lockdown would go ahead. It is expected that customers will be required to shop alone or with household groups as these premises reopen.
