DAVISON – Less than a year after she lost her re-election bid for another six-year term on the Davison Board of Education, Diane Rhines was appointed Monday to fill a board vacancy. The vote to appoint Rhines was 4-2 with board members Matthew Smith and Alicia Hensley voting no. The vacancy was created April 26
