ORADELL — A hole in the roof of the Blauvelt Mansion that alarmed preservationists has been repaired, but there are lingering worries about the fate of the historic mansion. The shingle-style, 25-room estate, which sits atop a long grassy hill on Kinderkamack Road at Soldier Hill Road, has been in limbo for years.
