Proposals for a gas power plant in Ellesmere Port and the redevelopment of the old University of Law’s Chester campus were also approved.
The project's four skyscrapers would offer 1,950 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and have nearly 4,000 sq ft of commercial space.
