Howard County police dispatcher, officers credited with saving man's life
Updated: 1:13 PM EST Jan 8, 2021 Two Howard County police officers and a 911 dispatcher are credited with saving the life of a man who collapsed on tennis courts in Columbia last month.A 911 caller reported a man playing pickleball collapsed and was unconscious. Dispatcher Joanna Blankenship gave instructions for the caller to begin CPR.Within minutes, Howard County police Cpl.
