Stephen Stuckle of Melmore Gardens, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 15 to engaging in licensable conduct as a door supervisor at Stoney's Winebar and the Mad Hatter's Bar between February 29 and March 29 this year when he did not have a valid Security Industry Authority licence.
