Unlicensed bouncer in Cirencester bars to pay £582 penalty | Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard

A 50-YEAR-OLD Cirencester man who worked as a bouncer at two bars in the town when he was not licensed as a doorman has been ordered to pay £582 in fines, costs and surcharges. Stephen Stuckle of Melmore Gardens, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 15 to engaging in licensable conduct as a door supervisor at Stoney's Winebar and the Mad Hatter's Bar between February 29 and March 29 this year when he did not have a valid Security Industry Authority licence.
