La Ronge RCMP charge nine after executing two search warrants La Ronge RCMP said Wednesday they have carried out two search warrants in recent days as part of drug investigations. According to RCMP the first warrant was executed on Feb 25 at a residence on Myles Venne Street. Police said they took seven people into custody and seized, methamphetamine, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, cash and a vehicle. Juanita Halkett has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of crime and failing to comply with a release order. Stephen McKenzie, Damien McKenzie and Henry Sanderson have been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. ....
