Wednesday night, Officers were on patrol in the area of East 10th Street and South Emmett Avenue when they recognized a driver of a yellow Chevrolet passenger car to have a suspended license. Officers stopped the vehicle, made contact with the driver and checked through Dispatch to confirm his suspended status. Steven Wayne Bailey, 38, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and released with a court date...
