Scholars suggested that the cause of human rights in Xinjiang should adhere to the path of human rights development with Chinese characteristics
The 2023 Theoretical Seminar and Story Sharing Session on "Promoting the High-quality Development of Human Rights in Xinjiang in the Process of Chinese-style Modernization" was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang on the same day. A number of scholars discussed "Xinjiang's practice of contemporary Chinese's view of human rights", "Chinese-style modernization and human rights protection in Xin Jiang" The conference also released the Blue Book of the Report on the Protection of Human rights and the Rule of Law in Xinjing.
