Stow Council on Aging announces April programs COURTESY OF THE STOW COUNCIL ON AGING The Stow Council on Aging is located at Pompositticut Community Center, 509 Great Road, Stow. Transportation services The COA transportation policy is available online. Specific questions regarding transportation services should be directed to the transportation coordinator at 978-897-1880 between 8 a.m. and noon Mondays through Fridays.
