Politics lead. the u.s. senate has two weeks before the july 4th recess and the self-imposed deadline to pass a version of their bill to repeal and replace obamacare. many republicans remain in the dark about what's going to end up in the legislation, and finding a compromise that both chambers of congress can live with, not to mention all the republicans in the senate, seems to be a tough task. cnn's phil mattingly is on capitol hill for us. phil, i have to say no hearings, no analysis by the congressional budget office. everything is being done behind closed doors. what's the deal? >> report...
