Novus Capital set to take Lukin Resources public Share Early stage explorer Lukin Resources has its sights set on an IPO in August or September, having closed a pre-IPO round at the upper end of its $450,000 to $550,000 target. The company, which has assets in Australia as well as a combination of development and exploration assets in South Africa, has appointed Novus Capital as its lead manager.
