Amazon not coming to Falls site
A 1-million-square-foot warehouse at the site of the former Strick Trailer property on Business Route 1 in Falls is "not happening", said an official with the company that now owns the property. Bill Koelewyn, general manager of 225 Lincoln Properties, confirmed that a sketch plan for the warehouse was sent to Falls officials and that there was some initial conversation but the project didn't "come to fruition."
