The reward for information about the suspicious disappearance and suspected murder of Armidale man William Roach, nearly three decades ago, has now risen to $1 million. William “Bill” Roach was 25 years old when he was last seen on Barney Street in Armidale on New Year’s Eve in 1993 and was reported missing in early 1994.
