The warning is in effect through 6:30 p.m. Sunday in areas along an north of U.S. Highway 34 in Larimer County.
A flash flood warning is in effect for southern and central Larimer County, and crews are monitoring rising water along some roads.
The National Weather Service issued the warning until 3:45 p.m. for an area including the Glen Haven area, Pennock Pass, Pingree Park and Masonville.
