A proposed development could bring up to 750 new single-family homes and a farmers market to Rocky Point. The development is proposed on approximately 301 acres of currently undeveloped farmland. The property stretches from U.S. 117 to N.C. 210. The residential development would be made up of single family homes on lots of varying sizes.
