Police confirmed a 14-year-old boy injured in the Hainault sword attack on Tuesday, 30 April, has died. The young boy was taken to hospital after being stabbed and died a short time after, Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent Stuart Bell said. A 36-year-old man has been arrested and officers are not searching for other suspects. Officers were called shortly before 7am to reports of a vehicle being driven into a house in Thurlow Gardens area.
