The Openwork Partnership, a UK-based financial adviser network has unveiled a new partnership development model which has been designed to support partners and “enhance” the recruitment and onboarding of new advisers.
The Openwork Partnership will place 26 new ‘partnership development managers’ in seven regions across the UK in an overhaul of its relationship management practices.
Following a review of the current structure
The Openwork Partnership announced that plans for the implementation of the Consumer Duty are in place for each entity in the group.
