Greetings from Capps. Stuart Nance, the realtor who has the 190 acres listed on Creel Road, dropped by last Thursday. It adjoins our property to the south for about 200 yards. If I had an extra 1.2 million laying around, I would like to have it for a hunting property, but alas. Capps Batavia Fire responded to one brush fire and one vehicle fire last week, different days but same address. We sometimes get more calls in the winter with dry grasses and leaves so please use caution when burning.
