Update: Tuesday, 9:38 a.m. Turns out, no armed robbery.
The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office investigated the Feb. 1 report and determined that a robbery had not been committed, and that the report was false.
Kevin S. Bullis, 45 of Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of filing a false police report, a misdemeanor. ....
