My client was targeted because he regularly came to the united states on a daily basis to attend school. and he had a study pass which is a pass that allows drivers to come from mexico to the united states without having to wait in the normal lines that people have to wait in. so it saves people about two hours. but they have to go through a special screening in order to get this pass. and when they do, all they have to do is drive up to the certain point in the port of entry, show the pass, and then they get in. and they're targeted because they are -- relatively easy to get in with this pass...
