The East Zone chief for the Karachi Range of the Sindh police has ordered an inquiry against a former station house officer (SHO) of the Shah Latif police station for possessing an expensive vehicle.
East DIG Saqib Ismail Memon has ordered an inquiry against ex-SHO Naik Muhammad Khosa, directing the Landhi Division superintendent of police to complete the investigation within seven days and submit a report.
The order states that it must be established who owned the vehicle, and how did it come to be in the possession of the former SHO, while it should be verified whether the vehicle contained public or private weapons or not. ....
