A man in New York City found a baby in a subway station and he adopted him.
Danny Stewart was walking through the 14th Street station when he spotted the newborn abandoned in a sweatshirt on the floor. He called police and was later asked to testify in family court about how he found the baby, but the judge surprised him with another question.
She told Danny they wanted to place the baby in pre-adoptive foster care as quickly as possible and asked if he would be interested in adopting him.
