SOUTH BEND — Jerry and Carol Mills visited Epworth United Methodist Church on the suggestion of friends. More than 40 years later, Carol Mills remains a member. Zanesville Metro Housing garners grant COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority is one of four public housing authorities in Ohio to receive grant funding for the Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Program.
