It was an active more on the show today as Bill told us about a movement to get 1000 hours outside. For Carmen, that's a lot of walking because of the benefits that come from that exercise. Carmen and her husband joined the launch team of a new campus for her church and they have a new appreciation for the effort it takes to make a "portable church" happen. Bill also acknowledged that the church experience has led to some disillusionment but encouraged the opportunity to join together with others in a church community.
