(Alexandria, MN)--A new state fund from Minnesota Housing allows Minnesota taxpayers to get a tax credit in return for supporting affordable housing projects. Started in October 2023, the Minnesota State
Donations must be made by Dec. 13 to receive the tax credit.
The Habitat for Humanity of Douglas County Board of Directors approved a new 5-year strategic plan.
The houses will be built over a 10-year period and every home will be owner-occupied by households that earn 80% or less of the area median income.
