Early Thursday morning, the entire Muscatine SPARK class took to the streets to provide some color to the sidewalks and make new connections in the community.
This Tuesday, around 460 kids entered the halls of Jefferson Elementary School, ready for another summer filled with friends, learning and fun as the third year of SPARK (Summer Program
