HINTON, WV (WOAY) A barn belonging to the National Park Service burned down last night in Summers County at the historic Richmond Hamilton farm. The fire was reported at around 8 p.m. last night between Hinton and Sandstone Falls. According to the Summers County Fire Department, the barn was fully engulfed when trucks arrived on
