A convicted felon with a long criminal history has been charged with first degree murder in a Henry County shooting.
Angelina J. Spade, 19, of Truman Hill Road in Hardy is in the Roanoke City Adult Detention Center, charged in relation to the death of Michael Jerome Hairston, 46, of Summit View Drive in Martinsville, according to Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis, who held a press conference at the Sheriff's Office Wednesday afternoon.
The Henry County Sheriff's Office is not saying how Michael Jerome Hairston, 46, may have died, but they do confirm the investigation of his death is being classified as a homicide.
