Hong Kong will start to develop the Hong Kong Park of the Loop Cooperation Zone in four aspects. Hong Kong will introduce a number of emerging strategic industries to set up pilot transformation bases in the park. A national laboratory under construction in the HKSAR is planned to be located in the Park.
