According to the company, the Regulation D private placement raised nearly $55.9 million from investors, a majority of which are returning investors.

Sunstone Two Tree will co-develop the project. Housing developer Capital Square has launched Capital Square Glendale BFR, LLC to raise approximately $49 million in equity from accredited investors towards developing a Build-To-Rent single-family community in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Ariz. The project’s co-developer is Sunstone Two Tree.
