Sutton retires from administrative post in Frenchtown Rosemary Sutton, a familiar face at the Frenchtown Township Hall where she greeted visitors every day, has retired from her position as administrative assistant to the supervisor after 4 ½ years. Sutton, who was born and raised in Monroe and lives in Monroe Township, worked her last day in March. Taking her place was Natalie (Zieske) Askar.
