A civic group, the Rule of Law and Accountability Advocacy Centre (RULAAC) has called on the Nigerian Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba to end the irregularities at the anti-kidnapping unit of Imo State Police Command. RULAAC made this call in a statement released by its Executive Director, Okechukwu Nwanguma, narrating how two young men were unlawfully arrested and detained by the unit in December 2022.
